Blog Entry: I've watched last night the movie "Super Size Me" . It was witty, funny and awesome . It discussed the effect of eating so much of fatty and synthetic food like food available in fast food chains as can be read also in lots of custom research papers and custom term papers . The documentary movie was directed, produced and acted by one person by the name Morgan Spurlock . The story goes when Morgan tested on what would be the effect to his health and psychological, eating products found in McDonald's. He went through series of tests and examinations before he started doing the experiement. He had his medical check-up, weight and series of tests that would be compared after he eat McDonal's food. The experiment lasted for 30-days ending Spurlock getting additional weight, increased cholesterol level, experiencing mood swings and many more. The documentary is very informative and attends to the need of the people to know the effects of having poor nutrition by just eating ready-to-eat food.
